Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, the organiser will explain the refund process. Eligible refunds normally return to the original payment method.
Rescheduled events
Your ticket will usually remain valid for the new date. Where the organiser offers a refund window, the deadline will be shown in your order.
Changing your mind
Event tickets are generally not subject to a cooling-off period. Voluntary refunds depend on the organiser’s stated policy.
